The marketing concept developed by Schwarzenberg Real Estate for the large-scale construction project on the former LIDL site in Aschaffenburg’s city center has been accepted with great enthusiasm by the project developer NORSK AG.
„Schwarzenberg Real Estate GmbH has done an excellent job and is now starting to market JOHANNISHÖFE,“ said Matthias Meuser, Head of Project & Developments, NORSK AG.
„Talks with well-known anchor tenants from various industries are going extremely well. We are already in deeper negotiations with the first interested parties,“ said Thorsten Seeber, Schwarzenberg Real Estate GmbH, who has already been able to accompany the project development of the varied mix of retail, office and residential space.
Johannisburg Castle, the Renaissance icon, acted as the architectural stylistic inspiration for the design of the sublime building with its four towers and atriums.
