SBRE receives mandate for 51,000 m² property near Leipzig.
The Leipzig metropolitan area has experienced a dynamic upswing in recent years like hardly any other region in Germany. However, we are also convinced of the location with regard to the future and rate the metropolitan area as one of the most attractive locations in the new federal states.

The property, which is located in the vicinity of Lake Markkleeberg, is ideally connected in terms of infrastructure.
With an area of 51,000 m², there are currently only a few properties left in the greater Leipzig area.
