SBRE is leading the transaction for a project development with over 60 residential units in the periphery of Frankfurt.
The transaction was commissioned by the client (PE company) in January 2022. The project is located in the immediate periphery of Frankfurt and consists of over 60 units with approximately 4,800 m² of living space and corresponding underground and outdoor parking spaces.
The project will be sold to the purchaser in the course of a forward deal. The turnkey handover to the buyer will take place in the third quarter of 2022.
