SBRE completes successful marketing of project development.
Schwarzenberg Real Estate’s first transaction in 2021 was successfully completed.
A residential project development in the Frankfurt area was successfully implemented for Rochus Projektentwicklungs GmbH (a company of W. Trautmann Baugesellschaft mbH & Co. KG).
The transaction approach and the individual customer approach led to the desired success in a short time for the new building project.
