Close cooperation with NORSK Deutschland AG
SBRE already played a key role in the acquisition and purchase process of the LIDL site in downtown Aschaffenburg.
Now the plans for the large-scale construction project are becoming increasingly concrete.
Both SBRE and NORSK Deutschland AG are endeavoring to further strengthen their very good business relationship to date.
SBRE is in particular developing the utilization concept as well as the feasibility analysis for the project development comprising almost 23,000 m² GFA.
Furthermore, SBRE will be in charge of the global marketing and the commissioning of the project.
